Frequently Asked Questions

How long do I get the venue?
You have full use of the property on your wedding day from 10am until midnight. We handle clean up at the end of the evening so you and your guests can head straight to the after-party!
When is the first payment due to save my date?
To secure your date with us, we require an initial payment of 25% as well as a signed contract. All of this can be done electronically.
What’s included in my package?

We provide tables & mahogany Chiavari chairs and we’ll even set them up for you. You can also use our three custom-built farmhouse tables for your wedding party seating. We also supply a curated collection of table lanterns, versatile mercury glass candlesticks, and easels for wedding signage. You can find a full list here.

Do you have getting-ready suites?
You’ll have a gorgeous suite at your disposal that has a picture-worthy photo op in every corner. You can also use our lounge complete with a TV, private patio, and seating space. The Carriage House has everything you’ll need to host your dream wedding!
Can I bring in my own vendors?
This is your wedding day so we allow you to bring in any vendor you wish, except for alcohol since we have our TABC permit. You can work with The Carriage House Services to put together an optional vendor package that’s tailored to your wedding day. This is most appealing to couples who wish to focus on other fun details while knowing that quality vendors are being secured and managed to help make your day everything that you’re imagining.
How many guests does your chapel seat?
We can seat up to 225 in the benches but we can add more chairs to accommodate even more guests.
Do you offer a military discount?
We greatly appreciate the service that military personnel offer to our country. We offer a $500 discount to full-time active duty military.
Is my pet allowed to be a part of my wedding day?
Yes, yes, yes!! Your fur-family is permitted to be here for your special day.
